ISE Base to SmallEiffel Port

On 4 August 1998, ISE released the EiffelBase library as Open Source. This page tells about efforts to make EiffelBase work with the SmallEiffel compiler (as of September 6, 2002, SmallEiffel changed its name to SmartEiffel).
